Brute II is an extra-heavy duty, general purpose foam cleaner that effectively cleans baked on soils found in ovens, hoods, smokehouses, and on other surfaces. It contains a special surfactant that helps to quickly penetrate and break-up carbonized grease and oils. Brute II may be applied using foam generators, low pressure sprayers, and manual cleaning procedures.
