NanoShield HD is a unique solution for controlling deposition of pitch, recycled fiber stickies, coated broke, and tissue converting broke. The product contains over 200 trillion particles per gram which surrounds resinous particles in a hard shell of synthetic particles. NanoShield HD has a high melting point (Tg) which coats pitch/stickies and cause them to be less tacky even at high temperature contact areas like dryer cans. Because of the size and number of particles, the product has 20 times more surface area per dry gram than a typical talc.
