It is our first priority at Chemicals Global to make our customers happy by exciding their expectations with high quality products and extraordinary costumer and technical support.  If for any cause you are unhappy with the product that we provide to your company, please contact us. We want to make our customers comfortable and we shall work to make things right.


If you desire to return product(s) please email us at: sales@chemicalsglobal.com.
Once you have acquired and inspected your item, if you find it not to be the product you ordered or needed, you can return the product to Chemicals Global.


Please evaluate the return policy below; however, if you have any questions or you want additional assistance, please do not hesitate to call and discuss to one of our customer service representatives.

A Request for Return must be submitted inside 5 days of the receipted order.

 

Returns Due to Our Mistake

If an item wants to be returned due to a mistake on our part, please call and email us the “Return Order Form” and send an email to sales@chemicalsglobal.com. A Customer Service Representative will grant you with the return shipping address, freight account, and order number.

If you would like to change the product, we will ship a substitute as soon as available. Otherwise, a deposit for the full original purchase amount will be issued.

 

Returns Due to Incorrect Order through Costumer

If a product is request with the aid of mistake via the costumer, it will be applied a 25% restocking charge and shipping fees will additionally apply

Please keep in idea that as soon as an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall below our well known return policy.

To Return An Item:

  1.  Please contact us by sending an email to: sales@chemicalsglobal.com
  2.  A “Return Order Form” will be issued and you will be given directions on the place to return the items.
  3. Returns that are not proper marked with a “Return Order Form” quantity may be delayed in processing.
  4.  All products must be in good condition.
  5. Return the product with your prefer delivery method to the address we provided.
  6. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the product. It is vital that you save the tracking number, so we can verify there are any troubles for the duration of transit.
  7. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a deposit or refund to the bank information or card provided.
