A superior wheel cleaner that is highly dilutable and very effective in all weather climates. This product contains no acids yet is just as effective. It is designed to penetrate and remove brake dust, grease and soil from wheels. Can be applied mechanically or by hand. Depending on geographical soil conditions and time of year, this product is very effective at a dilution of 8:1 and as high as 23:1. Equipment damage does not occur with this product as does with acid base wheel cleaners..
