DuBois 103 SW is a water-soluble synthetic rust inhibitor and grinding fluid that can be used on both ferrous and nonferrous metals. DuBois 103 SW synthetic fluid will provide excellent rust inhibition for inprocess parts, providing up to 30 days indoor protection depending on the mix ratio used. DuBois 103 SW is also designed for paint pretreatment processes and is used in the last stage of both spray and immersion systems for flash rust protection. DuBois 103 SW can be used for grinding ferrous metals in surface grinders, rotary grinders or O.D./cylindrical grinders. When used as a grinding fluid it will keep the grinding wheel clean and provide job-to-job in-process rust inhibition.
