NanoShield LH is a unique anionic product with strong affinity for hydrophobic materials such as wood pitch and stickies. It forms a hard hydrophilic shell around these particles, allowing them to remain dispersed in solution. NanoShield LH has a high melting point (Tg) which coats pitch/stickies and cause them to be less tacky even at high temperature contact areas like dryer cans. NanoShield LH is effective in lower conductivity environments where pitch control can be more challenging.
